Gluten Free and Vegetarian Dining Options for Copper Mountain

When I walked in to have lunch this past season, I saw a sign that listed the gluten-free and vegetarian options in Jack’s at the base of the American Eagle. Even the ski resorts are trying to cater to those eaters!  Whether you’ve chosen to eat this way or your body feels better if you do, have no fear—even Copper Mountain has some restaurants with offerings you can choose from. As the ski season comes to a close, you’re probably wondering if they’re open during the summer.

No matter how good or disappointing the winter season, no matter how much snow we got, no matter how often I got on the mountain, it’s never enough. I’m never ready for the lifts to stop spinning and to hang up my skis for the summer. I actually get sort of panicky as closing day approaches and I’m pretty sure I’m not alone. But on the bright side, as soon as lifts close, the anticipation for the next winter season begins. And next season is going to be even better here at Copper.

Woodward Copper Summer Camp begins in just over a month so that means that the Pipeline summer terrain park build has begun. With all the snow we received this winter, the crew has a ton to work with. This pile is already over 80 feet tall! We think it's safe to say this will be one of the best summer terrain parks Woodward Copper Summer Camp has ever seen.
